{"id":2017,"date":"2024-12-17T14:02:37","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T13:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lyceealfrednobel.fr\/w\/?p=2017"},"modified":"2025-01-06T15:35:42","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T14:35:42","slug":"intervention-sncf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lyceealfrednobel.fr\/w\/2024\/12\/17\/intervention-sncf\/","title":{"rendered":"Intervention SNCF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du Vendredi 13 D\u00e9cembre durant 2 heures , 24 \u00e9l\u00e8ves provenant de diff\u00e9rentes classes ont eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019assister \u00e0 l\u2019intervention de six employ\u00e9s dont&nbsp;deux responsables RH recrutement&nbsp;, un responsable stages et alternance, un technicien de maintenance TGV et deux alternants. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les intervenants ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 la session par une pr\u00e9sentation globale de la SNCF et ses&nbsp;filiales ainsi que leurs m\u00e9tiers. Veillant \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves aient une compr\u00e9hension compl\u00e8te des sujets abord\u00e9s. En pr\u00e9sence de deux responsable RH, ils ont soulign\u00e9s les profils recherch\u00e9s pour leur organisme et leur m\u00e9thode de recrutement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La SNCF a expliqu\u00e9 les opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;alternance et de stages disponibles pour les \u00e9tudiants, avec un focus sur l&rsquo;importance de ces exp\u00e9riences pour int\u00e9grer l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont pris le temps d&rsquo;aborder en profondeur le sujet de la carri\u00e8re au sein de la SNCF, en d\u00e9taillant les diff\u00e9rentes opportunit\u00e9s professionnelles et les parcours possibles pour les employ\u00e9s au sein de cette entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la fin de l\u2019intervention, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont eu l\u2019occasion de participer \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance d\u2019\u00e9changes, durant laquelle ils ont pu poser des questions aux intervenants. Cette interaction a permis aux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9ponses authentiques concernant les m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
