{"id":2459,"date":"2026-04-17T05:55:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T03:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lyceealfrednobel.fr\/w\/?p=2459"},"modified":"2026-04-17T05:55:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T03:55:53","slug":"sensibilisation-a-la-sante-mentale-au-lycee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lyceealfrednobel.fr\/w\/2026\/04\/17\/sensibilisation-a-la-sante-mentale-au-lycee\/","title":{"rendered":"Sensibilisation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale au lyc\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans le cadre de la promotion du bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des ambassadeurs sant\u00e9 mentale du lyc\u00e9e ont men\u00e9 une <strong>action de sensibilisation<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s de leurs camarades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La sant\u00e9 mentale correspond \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de bien-\u00eatre qui permet \u00e0 chacun de faire face aux diffi<\/strong><strong>cult\u00e9s du quotidien, de r\u00e9ussir ses projets et de s\u2019\u00e9panouir. Elle peut \u00e9voluer selon les moments de la vie. Stress, fatigue, tristesse, difficult\u00e9s de concentration ou isolement sont autant de signaux qui peuvent appara\u00eetre, notamment durant la scolarit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lyc\u00e9e, ces difficult\u00e9s peuvent avoir des r\u00e9percussions sur les apprentissages et la vie scolaire : <strong>baisse de motivation, troubles du sommeil, stress, absent\u00e9isme ou encore perte de plaisir \u00e0 apprendre<\/strong>. Il est donc <strong>essentiel de ne pas rester seul face <\/strong>\u00e0 ces situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s des ressources disponibles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Au sein du lyc\u00e9e : <strong>infirmi\u00e8re scolaire, Psy-EN, assistante sociale, professeurs, CPE, ainsi que les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00c0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur <strong>: structures d\u2019accompagnement com<\/strong><strong>me la Maison des adolescents (<\/strong><strong>Amica<\/strong><strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Num\u00e9ros d\u2019aide gratuits et anonymes: <strong>3114, 3018, Fil Sant\u00e9 Jeunes, <\/strong><strong>Nightline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ambassadeurs sant\u00e9 mentale ont rappel\u00e9 leur r\u00f4le : <strong>informer et orienter les \u00e9l\u00e8ves vers les professionnels adapt\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette action s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche globale de pr\u00e9vention et de promotion de la sant\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ambassadeurs seront \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents lors du <strong>Forum Sant\u00e9 du 5 mai 2026<\/strong>, pour poursuivre les
